- Assist with project coordination and work scheduling
- Follow up on manpower, materials and site requirements
- Track work progress and report key issues
- Maintain communication between office and site teams
Suitable for candidates with construction coordination experience.
Admin / HR & Finance Support
- Support general admin, HR and basic finance documentation
- Maintain staff records and recruitment coordination
- Prepare correspondence, filing and internal support documents
- Assist with office administration
Suitable background: Administration, HR, Finance or related support functions.
Safety Coordinator / WSH Coordinator
- Support site safety inspections and daily WSH coordination
- Assist with toolbox meetings, risk assessments and safety documentation
- Follow up on corrective actions and site safety requirements
- Coordinate with project teams, supervisors and safety personnel
Relevant WSH training, certification and construction-site experience are preferred.
Site Supervisor
- Supervise daily site activities, manpower and work sequencing
- Coordinate installation works and site access requirements
- Monitor workmanship, progress and safety compliance
- Report site issues and support project coordination
Relevant construction or metalwork site experience is preferred.
Quantity Surveyor (QS) / Estimator
- Prepare quotations, cost estimates and tender pricing for structural steel and metal works
- Carry out quantity take-off from drawings and project specifications
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations and support cost comparisons
- Prepare progress claims, variation assessments and project cost tracking
Relevant experience in quantity surveying, estimating, construction or metal works is preferred.
